This page preserves the survey records as observations rather than live business listings. Missing values stay missing, comments remain attached to their original rows, and repeated trucks are not deduplicated.
The parser is intentionally defensive: rows that do not match the expected survey schema are skipped rather than allowed to break the whole page.
