I want to build a more user-friendly feature on top of the NYC Open Data website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Please create an “NYC Data Explorer” that lets me choose a topic, such as transportation, housing, public safety, health, or the environment, and explore related datasets through interactive maps and simple charts. I want users to be able to filter data by neighborhood, borough, and date, compare two neighborhoods and see when each dataset was last updated. Please use simple language to explain confusing data and include links to the original NYC Open Data pages. Make the website easy to navigate, visually interesting, responsive on different screen sizes, and accessible to keyboard and screen reader users.
