Build a single self-contained HTML file (inline CSS and JS, no build step) that creates a "NYC Neighborhood" web app using the NYC Open Data Socrata API (SODA), no API key required for low-volume use.
Let users select a neighborhood, community district, borough, ZIP code, or draw/select an area on a map.
Then generate a neighborhood data profile containing relevant datasets.
Each category should expand into visualizations and source datasets.
Add a date-range slider that re-filters the map/timeline without re-fetching (filter client-side on the already-loaded data).
Handle empty results, API errors, and loading states gracefully.
