OpenData Vibe Assessment: Nathan Wolf

I would vibe code a map showing bicycle-motorist crashes overlayed on top of a map highlighted with on and off street bike lanes in different colors, to attempt to show a visual link between car crashes with cyclists and bicycle infrastructure.

code up the following:

a locally-hosted html/css/js website that:
reads from NYC open data's "New York City Bike Routes" dataset (a local file called bikeroutes.csv)
for all rows where status=="Current"
use columns the_geom and onoffst to draw the lanes on top of an interactive new york city map using some easily available GIS visualization tool. Draw the_geom in green if onoffst=="ON", and red if onoffst=="OFF"

Now, use NYC open data's "Motor Vehicle Collisions - Crashes" dataset (a local file called crashes.csv)
for each row in which either the column NUMBER OF CYCLIST INJURED or NUMBER OF CYCLIST KILLED > 0
use the LOCATION column to plot the row on top of our bike lane map as a large black dot
