Build a simple interactive web feature on top of NYC OpenData using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
I want to create a “NYC Neighborhood Explorer” where users can select a neighborhood or click on a map and quickly see useful information about that area, such as 311 complaints, traffic crashes, public facilities, and housing/building data.
Use NYC OpenData APIs to get the data. The page should include an interactive map, simple filters for dataset type and time range, and a small dashboard showing key statistics. When users click on a neighborhood, update the map and statistics automatically.
Keep the design clean and easy to understand for people who are not familiar with NYC OpenData. Use simple charts or visual indicators instead of showing large data tables. Please generate the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript needed for a working prototype.
